Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the merchandise PREPAID within 30 days.

All merchandise to be returned must have Proper Authorization from ReproManuals.com. Please write, fax or phone us and tell us what you want to return and why you want to return it. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Please include a copy of your invoice and note your Return Authorization Number on the invoice. Returns must be in good resale-able condition (excluding defective items).

Proper refund will be issued after merchandise has been received. A 35% restocking charge will be made on all returns for reasons other than shipping error on our part or defective merchandise. Returns after 30 days may be subject to 50% restocking fee or in some cases non-refundable. For no reason will merchandise be accepted after one year.
